5-205.11 (A): (A) A HANDWASHING SINK shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for EMPLOYEE use. Observed no water at the hand sink. Water pump not working. Brought in water containers with free flowing water. Corrected on site. - COS (Correct By: Oct 31, 2020) |
Inspection Comments |
THIS IS A TEMPORARY EVENT. ELECTRIC GENERATOR BLEW OUT THE WATER PUMP WHEN PLUGGED IN. BROUGHT IN BACK UP WATER SUPPLY TO ALLOW FOR HANDWASHING. 3-BAY SINK WAS SET UP ALREADY WITH PROPER CONCENTRATION OF SANITIZER. THEY HAD PLENTY OF BACK-UP UTENSILS IF NEEDED TO REPLACE ANY WITHOUT USING THE WASHING SINK.
THIS MOBILE TRUCK IS CLEARED TO OPERATE. |
HACCP Topic: PROPER HANDWASHING BEFORE PUTTING ON GLOVES. |
